2. Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. In particular, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 remain fully intact.

- Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
- You are entitled to remedies including a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction if goods are faulty or mis‑described.

3. Cooling‑Off Period (Change of Mind Returns)
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Where you cancel under the cooling‑off period, we will refund the original standard delivery charge. If you selected an enhanced or express delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Personalised or bespoke printed products made to your specific requirements
- Goods that have entered production following your approval
- Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed
- Perishable goods
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or mis‑described.
